Meet the Team
Mike - Owner
Mike has been an emergency first responder for more than 30 years. He served as a part-time
firefighter and EMT, reaching the level of Captain during his career. He also became a Wildland
Fire Investigator in recent years. During all of this, he managed several boat yards for a total of
14+ years, including a massive salvage project of a collapsed covered marina. He spent many
hours raising sunken boats and towing them to shore where he then operated the 35,55 & 165
ton Travelifts to lift them out of the water and place them in the workyards for repairs. During all
of this, he also ran his own residential remodeling and repair company. After the chaos of 2020,
a change was needed. Consulting with a few different towing operations, Mike believed the
need for a dependable and family friendly towing company was in order. On top of all his other
training, he added the T.R.A.W. Light Duty Towing Training Course with the Towing & Recovery
Association of Washington and T.I.M.S. through the Idaho State Police. He now runs and
operates our flatbeds and wreckers full time.
Rachel - Owner
Mike’s wife Rachel ran office administration before choosing to stay home and raise their
children. Throughout the years, she managed all office duties and bookkeeping for the family’s
construction company and ran a few other administrative projects here and there when needed.
She now handles all bookkeeping and administrative duties while continuing to homeschool
their youngest children.
Makaylah - Dispatcher
Makaylah, their oldest daughter, worked as a dance teacher and preschool assistant, where she
learned the skills of “wrangling squirrels”, which serves her well as she now runs dispatch. She
also managed reception at a local Inn and worked in the office at a reputable garden nursery
before tackling the towing dispatch needs full time. You will hear her voice sun up to sun down
on the other side of the line most days.
Seth - Driver
Their son Seth runs all trucks and manages the impound yards. He started working
construction with Mike as a young boy and then flowed easily into the role of tow truck operator
when he came of age. He has his CDL and completed T.I.M.S. through the Idaho State Police.
If you’ve met him, you know of his wonderful customer service skills and ready smile. In his
spare time, he and his wife are raising their twin babies that bring all of us endless joy.
